Currently laying the groundwork for RENEW’s future expansion in West Africa, Olugboyega has a decade of experience in business development and strategy derived from international non-profit, business development, consulting and financial services roles. A native Nigerian, he has worked with public and private sector leaders in both the United States and Africa to develop and execute transformational strategies. In the financial services industry, he has advised high net worth individuals on investment strategies in African capital markets, particularly the Nigerian market. Olugboyega worked in the U.S. for eight years and studied international business management at Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he was actively involved in international affairs initiatives as a key staffer of the International Affairs Institute.
